They put on a hell of a show. The reviews here are so entitled and idiotic it makes me laugh. It seems like the reviews are by people who either aren’t actual fans, or by people who didn’t even attend the show. Was my first time seeing them and they were incredible. Would love to see them again.

I did not sign up for a protest concert

I've seen the Chicks before and I was looking forward to hearing their hits again. I did not get that at all. They played maybe a quarter of their set list of hits. Too many ballads and protest songs. I definitely will not go to another Chicks show! Very disappointing! The plus side was Maren Morris was fantastic!

Acoustics in the amphitheater were terrible

This is my first time seeing the chicks in concert and my first time at the Blossom Music Center. first let me start with The review of the concert. The warm-up act was hard to get into the music and the acoustics were very bad. After the warm-up act a video of 80s rock stars was played.. OK but way too long!! Than outcomes the checks and they started off the concert with a lively rendition of one of their newest songs but unfortunately nothing had been done to improve what was terrible acoustics!! If you did not know the song you couldn’t tell what the singers were singing and any in between words from the band were totally unintelligible!!!! And due to the length of the warm-up band and this long video session the chicks didn’t get on the stage until after 9:15 PM… Making the concert go until 11 o’clock when it shouldn’t have been that long. Our group ended up leaving early because of the fear traffic jams that is the blossom center amphitheater and also due to the fact that none of us could enjoy the music due to the acoustics. Now about the Blossom Center itself for those of us that are handicapped ,myself included, this venue is a nightmare although I could get into the handicap parking at Lot B it was still a lengthy walk just to the first security checkpoint and then to the area where they take the tickets… No signs of anybody helping people with walking problems to get down to the amphitheater which is a relatively steep walk down… and the nightmare was revisited when trying to walk up a steep grade that by nightfall is very poorly lit… Signage for the parking lots are not lit and are unable to be read in the dark until you are on top of them.. Sad to say that here I am a handicap person and I had to walk further because the remainder of the closest lot is VIP parking …poor planning Blossom Centrr!!!
