The Smashing Pumpkins were one of the 90s' most influential acts, riding the wave of grunge alongside Nirvana and Hole in the early part of the decade, before delving into darker electronic territories with the albums Adore and Machina. With Corgan still as prodigious as ever, they'll be heading into the studio after these dates to work on a new record. Touring partner Liz Phair is still bets known for her thunderbolt of a debut record, the sexually frank Exile in Guyville,
