Led by the deadlocked Adam Duritz, Counting crows have been hitting that alternative rock sweet spot for over twenty years. Their 1993 debut August and Everything, which contained the smash hit 'Mr. Jones', shot them to fame, its blend of easy going rock with just a hint of country providing a distinct contrast to the Nirvana and Smashing Pumpkins releases that same year. They've now sold over 20 million records over the course of their career, and have received Grammy and Academy Award nominations (the latter for 'Accidentally in Love' from Shrek 2).

In 2016 they're touring alongside Rob Thomas, best known as the lead singer of fellow 1990s stalwarts Matchbox Twenty, whose latest solo record The Great Unknown was released last year. Catch them both when this tour hits in , ,
