A Groovy Night at The Hollywood Bowl
The Brainfeeder Trust presents a special one-night-only lineup of modern music's best beat makers and groove shakers. The grand nephew of jazz legends John and Alice Coltrane, headliner Flying Lotus has the intrepid spirit of his ancestors flowing through his veins. Combining jazz, hip-hop and electronic music, the experimental artist continues to amass acclaim with most recent release, 2014's You're Dead, bowling over critics and fans alike.
Joining Flylo will be two bands that need no introduction, the legendary funk pioneers Funkadelic featuring George Clinton and their sister act Parliament, as well as jazz fusion and soul pusher Thundercat, alternative hip hop duo Shabazz Palaces and underground hip hop producer and DJ The Gaslamp Killer. That is one star-studded line up!
