Dynamic Duo

Steve Earle and Shawn Colvin's collaboration began when Colvin invited Earle to play a couple of shows with her. The two singers connected instantly, and it wasn't long before a joint record was in the works. The resulting Colvin & Earle is another sterling addition to both their discographies, with the pair's harmonies really coming to the fore on the slower numbers (see their measured take on the Stones' 'Ruby Tuesday'). 'You Were On My Mind' shows their both equally as good when they let loose with a bit of upbeat pop as well though!

Steve and Shawn are heading out on tour across the country in support of the album, and also playing some of their greatest solo cuts along the way as well. Catch them both when they hit in , , .
