Armenian-born Armenchik is a mainstay on the Californian concert scene since he performed his first concert in 2003. A Los Angeles resident, he will be once again performing to a home crowd this year, amidst rumors of a tour in his native country and Eastern Europe where his main fanbase live. Described as one of the hardest working foreign-born musical artists, he has also collaborated with other artists including Francesca Ramirez on the 2014 single "Kiss Me", providing vocals in his native language.
Starting his musical career In October of 2003, Armen performed his first concert in Glendale, Ca. at the Alex Theatre, to critical acclaim, and went on to win an award for the best selling album of the year titled "Anunt Inche". Returning to the Alex Theatre the following year, he went on to receive an award for the best music video of the year from his album and also "Gone-Gone".
