Comprised of frontman Eden Munoz on vocals and accordian, Armando Ramos on guitar and vocals, Martin Lopez on the tuba and Augusto on drums, Calibre 50 are a regional Mexican quartet like no other. Created in the sea side city of their native Mazatlan, the outfit first drew attention for their song The Infiernito in the small late night scene, which opened the doors to bigger venues and international acclaim. Their name was chosen to symbolize the strong impact the project has had on its group members' lives and the turbulent history of their home country. Since the release of their debut album Renovar o Morir in 2010 they've garnered much attention from the latin speaking countries whilst constantly touring, bringing Banda, Corrido and Narcocorridos music to the rest of the world.
