The Hunger Tour

To help celebrate the launch of his new cookbook Appetites, globe-trotting, action-hunting chef Anthony Bourdain is heading out on a new tour. Appetites, which serves as Bourdain's first pure cookbook in more than a decade, includes recipes that the chef considers essential staples in anyone's cooking repertoire, including roast chicken with lemon and butter and candied sweet potatoes.

Bourdain has promised his shows will be "an unyielding, brutally honest monologue reflecting on diverse culture, street cuisine and his travels to lesser-known locations around the world."
