The theatre seats 2,703 patrons at full capacity, with all seats reserved.

The Orchestra (1st) Level contains 36 rows, labeled A-Z & NN-ZZ.

he Mezzanine (2nd) Level, which comes out over Row T of the Orchestra, contains 15 rows, labeled A-H & J-Q. Each level contains five divisions: Center (100s), Right Center (200s), Left Center (300s), Right (even numbers, i.e. 2, 4, 6) and Left (odd numbers, i.e. 1, 3, 5).
There is no elevator access to the Mezzanine of the Pantages Theatre.

Access
The Pantages Theatre features accessible seating for physically challenged patrons; this seating is available in the orchestra level only. There is no elevator in the Pantages Theatre, and the Mezzanine (2nd) Level is accessible only by stairs. Accessible restrooms are available for both men and women in the lower alcove located on the east end of the main lobby; this area is wheelchair accessible with the assistance of an electronic lift.

Headset devices are available free-of-charge to the hearing impaired. These comfortable headsets amplify all stage sounds. Patrons wishing to obtain one of these devices should be prepared to leave a driver’s license or major credit card, which is returned to the patron when he or she turns in the headset device at the end of the performance.

Broadway/L.A. is pleased to offer ASL interpreted performances. Please note that seating locations vary based on specific requirements of each show.

Smoking is not permitted in any area of the theatre.
Patrons who wish to smoke may do so outside the building during intermission as long as they retain their ticket stubs for re-entry to the theatre. No food, drinks, cameras, recording devices are permitted in the auditorium.

Cellphones
If a patron is carrying a cell phone or electronic pager, these devices must be turned off or put into a “silent” mode before entering the theatre.

Latecomers
Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time during the show at the discretion of the theatre management and production staff.

Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket, including all children, regardless of age. All performances are recommended for children age 6 and over and no one under the age of 5 will be permitted inside the theatre.
