Accessibility
Accessible locations for patrons with mobility impairments are available on both a subscription and individual show basis. Along with advance notice, it is recommended that patrons using wheelchairs be accompanied by a companion to provide assistance. Seating for one accompanying patron is available next to the wheelchair space. Additional guests in your party are seated as near as possible. Please call 714.556.2787 for availability and reservations.
Services
Patrons with hearing impairments are encouraged to use the Center's Sennheiser System for performances in Segerstrom Hall. Wireless, lightweight devices are available at no cost to those who wish to enhance the theater's normal sound level.
Patrons may pick them up at a booth in the Orchestra level lobby of Segerstrom Hall.
To obtain a headset, a driver's license or major credit card will be required and then returned upon receipt of the equipment at the end of the performance.
Wheelchair Accessible parking spaces are available at Center Tower Garage, adjacent to the Center (on Sunflower Avenue between Avenue of the Arts and Park Center Drive) for vehicles bearing proper handicapped parking identification. From the garage, there is elevator access to Town Center Drive and the Center's Street Level and Plaza Level entrances.
An accessible telephone equipped with a TTY is located off the Street Level Lobby. Accessible elevators and drinking fountains are available on all levels. Pay telephones are available on Plaza Level and Tier One. Accessible restrooms are located near elevators on Orchestra and First, Second and Third Tier levels
