Herb Alpert has the grace and elegance of a truly well-lived life. His talent has stood the test of time, and his respect for his audience was felt when he clearly “ played his heart out” for us. What an honor it was for my husband (a former trumpeter) to see this wonderful man!

I have ALWAYS loved Herb Alpert’s music but hearing it live just did something for my spirit. At 90, I expected a little lag, a little different delivery, but I was pleasantly impressed. He hasn’t lost a best!! The bonus was him bringing his wife on stage. This goes down in my history book!! I was in LA celebrating my 65th birthday and this show was the perfect culmination to a fantabulous week!! Than you Herb and Allstars!! 💋💋💋

We had very high expectons, and this concert exceeded all of them. We flew from Dallas, Texas to Grand Rapids to see this event. The audience rose to its feet and gave a standing ovation between his emerging from the wings and ever reaching the microphone. This man has not lost a beat. He touches the human heart with his music and with his appealing humility. The professionalism of the entire production, as well as the talent of his band, just leave you transfixed. Afterward, in speaking with other attendees in the audience, we agreed that we just don't have the words needed to convey to our friends back home how stunning ut all was. My husband and I have tickets to see the show once again in Dallas, Texas. Other relatuves of ours will be there as well.

Fantabulous show. From the parking to the seating the service was outstanding. Amazing. He still has IT! The seats were great second row! My son took me and truly enjoyed it as well. He is a great musician. I enjoyed his interactions with the audience. I thought his interactions made his performance very personable. His love of the trumpet and his songs are magical. His music elevates the cerebral part of me. A must see 5 stars.

The Alpert-Hall concert was "fantastic" according to a work partner who went. She said that Herb's playing was great, and that he shared an anecdote relating to Karen Carpenter for whom he was producer and arranger, which made him choke up, near tears.
