Mystical, profound, moving, and deeply emotional. Sigur Ros did what they do best, by transporting the listener to a magical yet not always safe & pleasant place. Highly creative band who allows their music to do all of the interacting with their audience. Not a word was spoken to the audience by any member of the band, but there was much communicated. Truly mesmerizing performance full of light, life, and sometimes exceptionally heavy emotions. So precious to see Jonsi, Georg, and Kjartan walk out onto the stage with new wrinkles and now greying hair. How beautiful to have a band be a part of your life long enough to see them age. Thank you for coming to Minneapolis. Thank you for sharing your gift.

Sigur Ros never disappoints. Their live shows highlight the multi-talented members of the band and their LED display accentuates the spiritually transcendent journey on which concertgoers are guided through a tapestry of emotionally-laden soundscapes. They are their own genre with no comparables.

The lighting design for the June 4 concert was amazing. The LEDs on the telephone poles created animated depth and direction, sometimes like wafting embers, and sometimes like dripping stars. My old ears did not appreciate the pre show grind going on for an extra half an hour of waiting. This was my introduction to Sigur Ros after reading the newspaper article. The fans seemed to be able to tell the songs apart. Later I found out the words mean nothing.
