I am a performer so I have seen a lot of different kinds of shows in my life and this is j believe the best show I've ever seen in my life. So glamourous, pure entertainment, beauty, beauty everywhere. It was exciting. I remember having a headache that night, but I couldn't help and yell and "yasss" and "woohoo" and "rock on" throughout the whole show. It was stronger than me. Just FAB-U-LOUS.

Best Word to Describe Von Teese's Parts in the Show: Underwhelmed!

I had been super excited about this, never having been to a burlesque show, and I have to say that I left at the end feeling disappointed. First, there was a gentleman "host", and his "act" took up a lot of time throughout. He was fairly entertaining, but I hadn't expected him to be such a large part of the show. There were 6 or 7 members of the cast who each had their own act, while Dita only made short cameos throughout. Worse, when she was on stage, her demeanor was such that she gave off the attitude that she couldn't be bothered to actually give her audience any real energy or enthusiasm. In fact, she looked like she wished she was anywhere else. Literally, she basically did some type of lazy strut around the stage back and forth, and though she she'd some clothing items, each time she did, it was clear she was looking for the audience to go wild. Her cast mates were pretty much the stars of the show, and most of them were pretty amazing & entertaining. Dita, on the other hand, was a complete dud. I would not go again, even if it were free. I loved Dita prior to going to the show, but her attitude and the fact that she clearly couldn't be bothered to actually perform, has ruined her for me.

We bought the balcony seats and honestly glad we did because I don't think paying anymore would have been worth it. A good night out, but the show wasn't anything special. I actually think that Dita Von Teese was the most underwhelming least talented part of the whole show. While she came out in different costumes and did the same Luke warm de-clothing multiple times, the other acts were far more entertaining than she was. Being only about 7 cast members who likely needed time to change for the next set, the commenating between sets took up a good prtion of the show and time that you were there. Again, a good night out, but I wouldn't break the bank or rush to go again.
