Why see Richard Marx?

AN eVENING with Richard marx and Rick Springfield!

'80s heartthrob Richard Marx teams up with Rick Springfield this summer to bring you all the hits on a very special Acoustic Tour!

First coming to notice in the late '80s Richard Marx enjoyed great success with his chart-topping singles, "Hold On to the Nights", "Don't Mean Nothing", "Satisfied" and "Right Here Waiting". These successes landed Marx into the record books as the first solo artist to have his first seven singles hit the Top Five on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart!

Singer, actor and power pop heartthrob Rick Springfield solidified his teen idol status in the early 80's with the ubiquitous smash hit 'Jessie's Girl', for which he won a Grammy for Best Male Performer. His successful career has spawned four US top 10 hits, an acting stint on General Hospital and a multitude of appearances on popular TV and Broadway shows.

Richard Marx - Detroit, MI - 2/14/20

I have loved Richard Marx from the very beginning of his music career. I was fortunate enough to be sitting front row center stage with my hubby at his acoustic love songs performance last night (Valentine’s Day) in Detroit. I loved it! I just wish he would have played “Beautiful Goodbye”. He is an incredible musician and entertainer. We stayed on the 18th floor in a penthouse suite. I was hoping to see him going to his room after the show. I’ve always wanted to tell him thank you for his music as it has gotten me through some very traumatic times in my life. I’ll be forever grateful to him. :-) I highly recommend seeing him in concert. You won’t be disappointed. ... Read more
