Love Queensryche ♥ï¸â™¥ï¸â™¥ï¸
I’ve been a fan for years and am still loving them as much today.as in the very beginning ♥ï¸â™¥ï¸ I had the honor of talking with Michael Wilton years ago in Rochester , N, Y. where they performed down by Lake Ontario🎶🎶🎶 I’d love to see them again!!
Well done!
New singer NAILED IT! Original members played as fresh as though it was the 80's. Just wish it was held in a bigger venue.
Missing entire Empire Album period! What happened to original singer?!
Well i tried three times to see them, drove two hours to get there, and i really felt let down! I didn't hear any songs of the Empire album that I used to listen to when I was first introduced to them. I didn't know that they're originally lead singer was no longer with them and I kind of questioned why it was just general seating for a band of so many years and so many people liking them now I understand why, at least I can say I made it to their concert.
Queensryche? Only after over 3 hours of waiting...
Had I known there would be THREE opening bands (and the first one was brutal-ugh), with all the IN BETWEEN set-ups, and the headliner band wouldn't come on until about 10:30- I would NOT have paid $80- for this ticket. That said, the poor (newish) lead singer seemed sick. He can't help that- poor guy did his best and was a trooper, but he was probably so tired of waiting too-being sick and all. I noticed a fair number of the crowd leaving after Silent Lucidity (maybe 5 songs in?) and I decide to do the same. I mean, Tuesday IS a work day for most of us. I saw them in San Diego, when Empire was released. What a GREAT concert! I should have left that memory alone... Actually sorry that I went. EXCEPT: the best part was seeing all the old "rock-n-roll-metal" couples still together, holding hands and seeming happy after all those years... THAT was the best part! (I'm 64-btw).
Disappointed
One hit wonder, never played their one hit (Silent Lucidity)! They advertised they would join Armored State on stage & never did. Their roadies were painfully slow in converting over the stage.
Not Tate
I was under the assumption that this was going to be the 30th anniversary tour of Queensryche and Tate was supposed to be singing. Needless to say I was upset even other people at the concert assumed Tate was going to be singing as well as we all talked before the concert started. I’m just bummed because silent lucidity was played by me and my brother at my moms deathbed because she loved it so much and for him not to be there and hearing a wonky version of the song because he still cannot sing the same didn’t sit well I received these tickets as a gift for my girlfriend for my birthday because she knew how much this band live would mean to me.
