The King of Bad Taste gets ready to shock audiences' once again
Writer, director, filmmaker and stand-up comedian John Waters hits the road once again in pursuit of upkeeping his reputation for shocking audiences. Some might say Waters has an acquired taste, yet there is more to Waters than his thin, penciled mustache - his films have earned him a celebrated reputation.
Known for trash epics such as Pink Flamingos, Female Trouble, Cry Baby, Hairspray and many more comes to Popejoy Hall. Waters's rapid-fire one-man, spoken word "vaudeville" act celebrates the film career and joyously appalling taste of the man William Burroughs once called "The Pope of Trash."
Waters evening will be full of his unique brand of humour, wit and wisdom. You don't want to miss it!
