I scream. You scream. We all scream... for ice cream! This sweet-tasting exhibition does exactly what it says on the label; it's a celebration of everybody's favorite summertime (and sometimes even winter) snack! With huge flowing art installations that melt into the wall quite literally, and special appearances from California's fave bespoke creamery brands such as McConnell's and Coolhaus, this lovely ode to sweet-tasting pleasure is the brainchild of Laguna Beach native Maryellis Bunn, who built it as a way of appealing to the millennial generation.

Designing the rooms herself, Bunn has used inspiration from her seaside childhood to create a world of whimsy that everybody can connect to. This exhibition is only here for a limited time however (and not because ice cream melts in the sun), before heading off into the sunset to pastures new. Plus, you get two free ice creams with every ticket!
