We attended an event for small town murder, my Roommate had bought tickets 1 year in advance, with COVID. We had 3-4 different bar tabs, which we tipped on. We had an employee tell us my roommate was laughing too loud and to be quiet. The same male employee ensured that I left and was “chest in my face” with other employees behind him to make sure I left, when I was simply trying to ask what the problem was… my roommate is in tears after not seeing the completion of the show. . I’f your employees have a problem, please address it without it interfering with guest satisfaction, my roommate did NOT get to enjoy the show she paid for.,,, we left unsatisfied, wishing we hadn’t spent money here… we won’t be back.
