Why see Supergrass?
Supergrass make their US comeback in 2020!
Legendary British rock band Supergrass have triumphantly announced their return after a near 10-year hiatus, with a comeback world tour including shows in New York and Los Angeles. One of the leading lights of the influential Britpop movement in the 90s, the raucous four-piece's comeback coincides perfectly with the 25th anniversary of their debut album I Should Coco.
Whispers of the group's reunion were duly confirmed in September with a surprise performance in the UK at the Pilton Party in the village of Glastonbury. It was followed days later by a frenetic show at London's Oslo club, which sold out within minutes of going on sale after a very sudden announcement. Formed in 1993, the band's career saw them hit a plethora of highs including five top-10 albums in the UK, with I Should Coco and In It For The Money both achieving worldwide sales of over a million.
