The Clintons Discuss The Women That Inspire Them

Celebrating the hotly anticipated release of their first ever book together, political firebrand Hillary Rodham Clinton and her daughter Chelsea Clinton come together for an evening of arresting conversation at Los Angeles' Wilshire Ebell Theatre this fall. Released in October 2019, The Book Of Gutsy Women: Favorite Stories of Courage and Resilience is a literary love letter to all the women who have inspired the mother-daughter-duo, chronicling the ways their courage and bravery has shaped the world. 

A compilation of several hundred significant women, the book shies away from sentimentality and shines a light on sisterhood, highlighting often forgotten figures from across history including civil rights activist Dorothy Height, writer Chimimanda Ngozi Adichie, LGBQT activist Edie Windsor and young campaigner Malala Yousafzai. The best seller is particularly poignant given that Hillary is the first ever women presidential nominee whilst Chelsea champions gender equality through her work with the Clinton Foundation.
