Former frontman of the band Yes, Jon Anderson and violin virtuoso Jean Luc Ponty have joined forces and formed the AndersonPonty Band. One of the most eagerly awaited releases of 2015 by the new band, Better Late Than Ever is scheduled to hit the charts early Fall, and the pair will be taking their new act out on the road in support of this new venture. The new album and tour will feature both newly composed material, and reworked classic Yes and Ponty tracks.

Jon Anderson has had a successful solo career, which includes working with such notable music artists as Vangelis, Kitaro, and Milton Nascimento as YES's original singer/songwriter for 35 years. International violin superstar Jean Luc Ponty has pioneered and innovated violin playing in jazz and rock music.
