Carrie Underwood at Citizens Business Bank Arena

Why see Carrie Underwood?

The Queen of Modern Country

With more than 65 million albums sold worldwide, multiple No. 1 singles, eight Grammys (and counting), and myriad other accolades, there's only one Carrie Underwood!

After getting her start on American Idol's fourth season back in 2005, Underwood has leveraged her success into one of Country music's biggest and most recognizable stars, redefining the face of modern pop country with her monumental vocal prowess. In the words of Vince Gill: "There are fine singers, and there are gifted, great singers, and she's one of those. Her vocal skills are off the hook."

Coupled with raw lyrics and a crossover musical style that encompasses rock and pop, alongside her beloved country, she's smashed the charts with tunes including 'Smoke Break', 'Cowboy Casanova', 'Jesus, Take The Wheel', and 'Something in the Water'. A true contemporary icon, don't miss your chance to catch the most awarded artist in country music history when she brings her legendary talents to a stage near you!

Carrie Underwood was good in spite of bad sound

I have been to many concerts at Staples Center and many by Carrie Underwood. The bass was way to high and it was difficult to hear Carrie's words while trying to connect with the audience. Awesome

Carrie was amazing! From her outstanding vocals and exuberant energy! Her performance encluded everyone in the arena. Well done! The opener Jimmie Allen-however- not impressed. Made unnecessary comments about Detroit- having his bullet proof vest on ? And bashing the Detroit Pistons. ? Not good. Also- there was a DJ playing music in between jJimmie Allen and Carrie’s show- playing a lot of other music- not country- just a filler-again not necessary. Fans want to see and hear Carrie. That’s it. ... Read more
