As one half of the Grammy winning duo The Black Keys, Dan Auberbach could be forgiven he'd already shown the world just what he can do, but the successful producer and musician still has more to prove.
This September's new release Yours, Dreamily, a proper Southern California tinged old school country soul record with a Mexican influence, began life as a solo record, before taking on a life of its own. With a quintet of musicians, Leon Michels, Richard Swift, Homer Stienweiss and Nick Movshon, Auberback's side project cements his place in the vintage muso mould.
