Foo Fighters - Celebrating Gustavo with the LA Phil and YOLA

Why see Foo Fighters - Celebrating Gustavo with the LA Phil and YOLA?

Foos and The Phil Unite!

As part of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra's 17th season with Gustavo Dudamel, 2025/26 has seen the orchestra celebrating the still-evolving legacy of Gustavo's boundary-pushing visions for the orchestra, and for what music can do for wider society at large. And as a testament to his impact, now one of the biggest rock bands on the planet are weighing in to celebrate! Foo Fighters join with the LA Phil to perform hits from across their career, bolstering their already massive sound to monumental proportions with the backing of the full orchestra!

Led by ex-Nirvana icon Dave Grohl, the Foos recently entered their fourth decade, in a career which has seen them become one of this generation's best loved stadium rock bands. Formed in 1994 the aftermath of Nirvana's disbandment following Kurt Cobain's death, Grohl's charisma and a neverending list of hits like "Everlong", "The Pretender", "Learn To Fly", "Times Like These", "My Hero" and "Best Of You" have made them a band beloved across the generations. Also appearing is the Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles.
