Soundtrack Selections from Wes' Best

As part of the 2026 edition of the KCRW Festival, the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra brings to the Hollywood Bowl a selection of the music from the quirky, unforgettable world of Wes Anderson! The inimitable director's films have been punctuated by an equally inimitable penchant for perfectly placed, top-tier music, both in terms of the unique original soundtracks by Alexandre Desplat and the memorable licensed selections fitting perfectly with the on-screen moments, such as Francois Hardy's "Le Temps De l'Amour" in Moonrise Kingdom or "Staralfur" by Sigur Ros in The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou.
