An Ethereal Classic and Virtuosic Piano!
Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra takes to the stage with a program headlined by the Suite from from Tchaikovsky's masterpiece, Swan Lake! Conducted by Elim Chan, the orchestra conjures up the captivating world of Odette and her fate at the hands of her captor, to spend her nights in the guise of an elegant but heartbroken swan.
Preceding Swan Lake will be renowned pianist Yefim Bronfman taking the reigns on the ivories for a rendition of Liszt's beautiful Second Piano Concerto as well as the world premiere of a specially commissioned brand new work by South Korean composer Donghoon Shin. An excellent program to witness at Walt Disney Concert Hall!
