He has been writing his own songs from the age of 16 and has released four solo albums to date, receiving critical acclaim for his unique vocal delivery and mixture of folk and electronica. He has enjoyed huge success with his collaborations with other artists, including Diplo and Drake. He has also toured with Maroon 5, and his songs have proved popular with other artists, with Sam Smith releasing a cover of the song Berlin.
