After his first full-length album, Bottles and Bibles, went under the radar Tyler's next would do anything but. Released in 2017 Purgatory took the nation by storm and quickly sprung up the charts, reaching number three in the US Indie charts and number one in the US Heat charts! Purgatory launched Childers into the well-known and earnt him a nomination for the Emerging Artist of the Year award at the 2018 Americana Music Honors and Awards.

Great show. Played solid for 2+ hrs. Worth every dime even with the hit on the Canadian dollar exchange.

Saw Tyler last night at Bridgestone—amazing amazing amazing. Played a great set. Audience was into it screaming the lyrics. Band was great. This show was amazing! I love that Tyler Childers allows his band to be front and center with him. He truly has the best voice and songwriting skills. If you are a fan it wouldn’t matter what songs he chooses to sing because that voice! I also enjoyed the acoustic performances. So much talent on that stage. Happy he doesn’t conform to the industry expectations. If you have the gift of music and are willing to share it and put yourself out there, loyal fans feel privileged to get to hear and watch it.
