Romeo Santos first began performing with his church choir at the age of just twelve. He formed the group Aventura in 1994 and though he still tours with them, has gained much of his fan base via his solo work. He released his first single, "You", in 2011 alongside a solo album - a move which helped gain Romeo many English-language fans to add to his already growing Latin American following.
